VacTherm®
Vacuum Insulated Panels (VIPs)
VacTherm® VIP’s contain a nanoporous material. When used in conjunction with vacuum sealing technology it creates a highly effective insulated shipping material. The panels are sealed in metallised polyester envelopes which provide lower heat conductivity and more flexibility then other similar products.
Our Vactherm® panels allow us to design and qualify insulated shipping systems with vastly reduced volumetric weight, which in turn, contributes to reduce shipping costs. They can also be used to enhance existing systems in order to offer greater temperature control. Their addition can prove useful in rare situations when extremes of temperature and very long shipping times are encountered.
